Topper Sports will deliver to the address indicated by you within Malaysia via the local carrier provider. Topper Sports can only deliver to a delivery address which is a home or office address. Deliveries will be done on business days, not being a weekend or a public holiday.

  • Topper Sports charges a flat rate of RM15 (for every 3 products) within West Malaysia.
  • Topper Sports charges a flat rate of RM20 (for every 3 products) within East Malaysia.
  • Topper Sports ships out within 24 hours after orders are placed.
  • Delivery is expected within 2-5 working days.
  • Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched

A: We offer an easy exchange service, so you can shop with confidence! Try them on in the comfort of your home, and if the size is not yours, simply return them and we will exchange the right size for you! Just be careful that you don’t stain them while trying them on, and that all tags are intact.

All Malaysian orders come with a 7-day exchange policy. Drop off the return parcel at the nearest courier service. Please note that the cost of exchange will be your responsibility.

All items must fulfill our Refund/Exchange T&Cs below:

  • All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. The replacement item will be mailed to you once the exchange has been approved and processed.
  • Refund only applies for manufacturing defective products.
  • Items you wish to return must be mailed back to our HQ within 7 days of receiving your parcel for local orders.
  • Topper Sport is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
  • All refund/exchange requests will be processed within 3 to 5 working days upon received of returned items.
  • Buyer also responsible for compensate the price difference when exchanges other product.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without warning and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all affected customers.

Q: How do I make an exchange?

Malaysian Orders
In order to return, provide us your order numbers via email and contact us at [email protected], items must be returned to our HQ within 7 days of receiving your parcel. The replacement item will be mailed to you once the exchange has been approved and processed. Note that the cost of returning shipping will be your responsibility.

If the item you want is out of stock, you will be refunded or exchanged for other stock availability.

Please ensure returned items fulfill our Refund/Exchange T&Cs. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to exchange.

Warranties (Badminton Rackets)

All Products are guaranteed by the manufacturers to be free of any manufacturing defects. Please inspect the items carefully upon receiving the shipment. If you find the product to be damaged or otherwise faulty, please return it promptly with the original box for a free replacement.

The warranties do not cover :

We will not be able to accept any returned item, under any circumstances, once it has been used. If the product has been used for playing, even for only one game, it will not be eligible for warranty replacement.

Badminton racket cracks or breaks due to clashes. All clashes, minor or major, can potentially damage, weaken or break a racket. Stringing with too high tension will also cause the racket to crack.

String breakage. String on a racket is a wearable part and will need to be replaced at a regular interval. Even high-quality strings have the same changes in breakage, although they do not age as quickly.

Shuttlecock and grip are wearable parts, and cannot be warranted against failure.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, damage to paintwork, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, or negligence.
